For many years, our Cut-Out app, has been providing exceptional cut-out graphics utilizing our proprietary chromakey algorithm. While this approach continues to function effectively for blue or green backdrops, challenges arise when the backdrop deviates from a chromakey screen. Recent advancements in artificial intelligence have enabled the creation of cutouts from any image, irrespective of the backdrop. Cut-Out 2.0 employs on-machine machine learning to remove the backdrop, leaving only the individuals within the picture. This model was trained on humans, necessitating the use of chromakey for objects and pets. With AI, creating a PNG with a transparent backdrop has become considerably easier for non-green-screen pictures. The tools provided for cropping, brushing, and erasing the mask offer greater flexibility compared to most other tools, making Cut-Out a valuable resource for individuals requiring cutouts.
