For those familiar with spectrophotometers, the name of this App indicates what it can do; measure color differences. i1deltaE works with the X-Rite EyeOne Pro (1 or 2) and enables the user to compare two color measurements.

The result is shown both graphically (with a color patch), as well as more scientifically; the delta E between the two LAB colors measured. The colors are also shown on a LAB chart, with the option to show common used color spaces such as sRGB and AdobeRGB, with the ability to zoom in to see colors that are close to neutral. I1deltaE offers calibration using the reference tile. With i1deltaE, difficult discussions on how big a color difference is be ended simply by measuring them. The video below shows i1deltaE in action:
